Battle of Warships

Battle Of Warships is a challenging naval battle simulator. Its premise consists of simple and fun nautical battles, just like in 'Assasins Creed: Blackflag' and 'Assassins Creed: Rogue.' Albeit, in this occasion a few more strategic elements are thrown in that add increased complexity to what was already a highly polished game.

Gameplay in Battle of Warships is simple. In each battle, you'll team up with up to six different allies throughout the classic mode of gameplay. There's also a team-based 'Deathmatch' mode in which you won't be respawning anytime soon.

Move freely about each scenario using the four cardinal point arrows, and depending on the type of vessel you're controlling, you can switch up between up to 3 different attacks by using the buttons at the top right of the screen.

Among the weapons available to you, you'll find classic aerial proyectiles perfect for inflicting quick and lasting damage. Along with torpedos that are slower and more imprecise but wreck havoc on your opponents' fleet with each hit. There are also aerial attacks that include small aircrafts that inflict light, but persistent damage on your enemies until their ships are in wreckage.

When each battle is over, and in function of your performance overall, you'll have earned a higher or lower amount of coins as compensation for your victory. You'll also pick up new materials that will eventually be useful to unlock new combat warships or build up the ones you already have.

Both this game's graphics and its soundtrack are outstanding and will let you live all the thrills of being an authentic sea captain in the throws of an epic battle on the high seas, straight off the bat. Even though you might miss a few additional game modes, team-based deathmatch is sufficiently enthralling and entertaining to compensate for the lack of variety when it comes to gameplay.
